1. Who we are

GetStaff is a hospitality staffing service that helps job seekers find work and helps employers post openings and find matching staff. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete it.

2. Data we collect

Depending on whether you sign up as staff or an employer, we may store:

• Name and 10-digit mobile number
• Profession or hiring preferences, cities, and workplace history
• Optional profile details such as a key skill
• Job openings you post, including property name, location, pay, and description
• Job applications and reports you submit
• Sign-in session data (a cookie or app token) so you stay logged in

We send a one-time password (OTP) to your phone to verify it. We do not ask for your email, government ID, or payment card details.

3. How we use this data

• Create and secure your account
• Match staff and employers by role and city
• Show your profile, jobs, applications, and reports in the product
• Let the other party call the phone number on a profile or job
• Send account OTPs by SMS
• Understand product usage and improve GetStaff

4. Sharing

Staff profiles and employer job posts are visible to signed-in users of the other role so people can apply or call. We use service providers to host the app, send OTPs, and measure ads (including Meta Pixel on the website). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. Session tokens expire after a limited period. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and related records from our database.

6. Delete your account

You can delete your staff or employer account from Profile in the GetStaff website or app. Deletion is permanent and removes:

• Your user profile
• Workplace history linked to your account
• For staff: your job applications and job reports
• For employers: jobs you posted, plus applications and reports on those jobs

After deletion you will be signed out. You can create a new account later with the same phone number.

7. Children

GetStaff is for adults looking for or offering hospitality work. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of GetStaff after an update means you accept the revised policy.
